Quick tip: If you’re a beginner, try Foundations sessions to learn about the cornerstones of meditation. Meditopia works with the Health app, so you can track your mindfulness minutes – and take pride in your progress. Meditating for at least three 10-minute sessions per week is recommended to get the ball rolling.

Meet the creator: Founded in 2017, Istanbul–based studio Yedi70 also developed Meditopia Yoga. Their apps aim to improve happiness by slowing down and strengthening mental wellbeing.
