Clerk2 4+

Clerk2 is a time card application available for iPad.
You can manage time and attendance with simple operation.
You can also customize the theme color and title color to match the image of your company.

Registration of unlocking, rotating shift work, and locking
- You can record staff members who unlocked the door, rotating shift work, and locked the door up to once a day for each business day and the time *1 *2 *3

Registration of staff coming to work, leaving work, going out during working hours, and returning from out of office
- You can register the attendance and departure of registered staff members. *1 *2 *4
- Registering staff going out and coming back in during working hours *1 *2 *4 *2

Staff Management
- Staff can be registered.
- Staff members can be assigned a staff number in addition to their name.

Passcode function
- Users can be restricted with a passcode.

Customization
- You can set the theme color and text color. Set the theme color and text color to your company's image color to give it a unique look.
-Set the "Title" to display the company name, group name, or organization name.
- When not in use, a screen saver can be used to display your favorite images and videos.

Subscription-only features
- Registration of 3 or more staff members
- CSV export of registered data
- Screensaver function (can display images, videos, or "titles")

*1 The free version allows you to register up to 2 staff members; to register 3 or more, please purchase a subscription.
*2 Registered data cannot be edited.
*3 Each business day can be registered once, but not multiple times in a day.
*4 Each staff member can register up to once per business day; you cannot register a staff member to work twice in one day (day shift and night shift).
