My coach allows you to customize and play personalized workout videos:
- Choose strength training, cardio, yoga or stretching.
- Set any time from 20 to 300 seconds.
- Follow the instructions of the video coach to know exactly what to do!

If you already have a coach, do not dismiss him! Just ask him to create a custom workout for you, which you will perform between training sessions.

If you need something unusual, or you have special needs (for example, you have a painful knee, or you avoid jumping exercises), create your own custom workouts using a library with 200 different exercises.

Select the part of the body with which you want to work: the upper or lower body, the torso, the press, the buttocks, the back, the legs, and so on.

The application uses Health app to display the state of the heart pulse during exercise

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
