Version 1.0.13

- The "URL shortener" tool has been added, allowing you to transform long URLs to a shorter one
- The "Counter" tool has been added, allowing you to count using the "+" and "-" buttons
The "QR reader" tool now display information on WiFi QR codes more clearly
- Other improvements and bug fixes have also been made
