With CLAAPP, all the information from other apps is in one place: schedules, chats, cost, transportation, maps, surveys ... everything about food allergies and everyone’s favorites … you can even share your kids’ choice, and make sure the gifts are right.
All that with a friendly interface and no interfering ads.
CLAAPP has a very strict confidentiality policy, guarantees full confidentiality.
Create an event or see all your upcoming events on your home page, whether as organiser or guest.
Puts the fun in planning: Love the party. Loathe the organizing. Just CLAPP.
As the organizer: CLAAPP with your friends, invite your non-CLAAP ones by mail, or share the invite through their existing social media.

CREATE AN EVENT

Add the date, location, address.
If you are not sure about the date tick the box “To define” and Poll with your friends to find out a convenient date.

ORGANIZE YOUR EVENT

Plan and schedule your weekend: all your friends or family will be aware of the activities, and they can decide if they participate or not! You will know the final numbers for each activity to plan easily!
If you have a planning, click on Schedule to have all the details for your guests without sharing another document by email.
All the guests can check the schedule on this section as a reminder and change their minds to notify the organizer if they can’t come.

PARTICIPANT

The organizer will invite all friends by sharing the invite to the different social media or by using the email and all the guests will receive a link to join CLAAPP and create their profile for a better use of the app.
You can add your type of alimentation or your allergies, a big help for the organizer.
You can add your kids and their preferences, to make birthday celebrations smooth, offer the right gifts , a serious help for the parents!

CHAT

Pick your chat option, Claapp has created unique options: different chats to allow you to discuss the appropriate topic.
Global is about the excitement regarding the event
Private is confidential to offer a gift without the person concerned knowing it.
Cost – Schedule – Transport are the other channels!

TO DO

Who does not forget or does not remember something when you are going to an event or weekend?
The to-do list is done by the organizer: just to be sure to forget nothing!: things to remember, to buy or to bring.

TRANSPORT

Transport is helping you to locate the place and how you can go using google map!
How to get there with CLAAPP, you can anticipate everything, all details with all necessary links to place, stores, restaurant.

COST

You can use the Costs to allow your friends to know how much the weekend or holiday will cost by adding up all the expenses.

TAKE A POLL

You can use the survey if you need to have a confirmation because you can’t decide between Pizza, Burger Party or Vegetarian for instance for a diner!
If you are not sure about the location, you can also use the poll to check - so convenient when you organize a weekend with friends or with your family!

MEDIA

And the fun part is you have a Media tab where you can share directly on the app all your pictures and videos and guess what? it’s free until 1GO for all your parties up to 20 people!
