Knight Frank Care (KF Engineering) เป็นแอพพลิเคชั่น ระบบบริหารจัดการภายในโครงการที่อยู่อาศัย ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและเป็นสื่อกลางในการติดต่อรับส่งข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดและผู้พักอาศัยภายในโครงการ อีกทั้งยังช่วยส่งเสริมการบริการ ของ บริษัท ไนท์แฟรงค์ ชาร์เตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
ฟังก์ชั่นการทำงาน
1. เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ อายุการใช้งาน ระยะเวลาการรับประกัน วิธีการตรวจสอบ ความถี่ในการตรวจสอบ ของอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร
2. เพื่อให้มีระบบในการแจ้งเตือนวันหมดประกัน และการแจ้งเตือนรอบการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์
3. เพื่อให้มีระบบในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร โดยใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ
