Lack of accuracy
The App seems to work fine but it glitches from time to time and when you top up your card using the app you have to be online on the app for in the go through when you put your card on the machine. There’s a huge lack of accuracy. There is a lot of buses that they say will be coming but the buses don’t end up coming and not all the buses have the online status where you can track them. My biggest issue is the lack of accuracy.
Loading card issue
Twice now I have loaded my card on the app but all the time I have to go down at the office to activate it I wonder why
Card input
How do i input my card details for management using the app. I do not see any options to create new account.
