Version 1.1

We update the App as often as possible to make it better.
In this version (1.1):
We added the setting dialog with a few options to control the play-all-cards mode:
- skip the second side;
- play cards in shuffle mode;
- control the delay between the first and second sides;
- control the delay between the cards;
- we made the app remember the last viewed card;
- we added a deck with the ~80 most influential people in US history.
Also, we updated the watch app so it uses those new settings.

Also, we fixed a few minor issues to make the app more reliable.
