◆れすQスマート認証アプリとは
票券管理システム『Gettii』『Gettiis』『GettiiLite』の「チケットれすQ」入場専用アプリです。
特殊な機器は不要、チケット情報のQRコードをアプリで読み取り、お客様の入場を管理します。
◆れすQスマート認証アプリの特徴
QRコードの読み取り及びチェック機能により、入場を許可します。
また、会場の状況に合わせた入場モードを用意しています。
＜オンラインモード＞
アプリをインストールしたスマートフォンがインターネット通信できる会場で使用。
入場情報は票券管理システムに即時反映されます。
＜オフラインモード＞
インターネットが使用できない会場ではオフラインモードで入場管理を行います。
＜障害モード＞
緊急時は簡易のQRコード読み取りを行い、入場管理を行います。インターネット通信は不要です。
