Kids are addicted to the games included in this app instead of learning words

do not purchase any other app that offered by this company. I have purchased 洪恩识字, so far the experience is not too bad. However when I followed the recommendation inside this app, and went to one of their app( ihuman magic math), I got a terrible experience. I purchased some courses offered by that math app, and when I logged out once, I could not log in again using the original account. The service of ihuman app series is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced! They are not responding, unhelpful, and only tried to avoid to solve the problem instead of actually helping me. Do not recommend this company. I’m serious, they only want your money but they won’t help you to solve your problems. It is also impossible to get refund even I could not use their service!!

You lose all your progress when you press the exit button

One time when I had to wait around 20 seconds I got angry and started shaking the screen but I pressed the exit button and losed all my progress. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
