You also just stole my money for PRIME and gave me nothing saying the subscription has ended even tho I JUST bought it.
It is sad that the app suddenly just stops giving rewards for the ads after, this time, only a few days. That makes it very difficult for fans to vote fairly. Some peoples accs work and others don’t. Really upsetting.
I have sent 3 requests for help in the notice board. It says they will answer in 3-5 days. More like 3-5 weeks or Never. Still no answer.
Also, removing rewards for commenting on posts and now no rewards for comments under polls either.
Seems to be only catering to the membership buyers while ignoring the customers who has only give them money through watching ads. Correction: They don’t care at all about anyone it seems.
GIVE ME BACK MY TIME AND MONEY
Wasted so much money on voting tickets only for the show to be cancelled and now they’re refunding the voting tickets back as VOTING TICKETS, not money. and not even in time for us to use them again to vote for our favourite group! 150$+ WASTED. and watching ads doesn’t give you the promised silver tokens either. I’ve wasted so much time and money. DISAPPOINTED. give us our refund back sooner at least so we can vote for our favourite groups!! BEFORE DECEMBER 7TH
This app sucks
On top of it crashing every second and taking hours to load 1 thing , it didn’t even give soba tickets when we commented and I couldn’t even watch ads because they weren’t working , plus the actions didn’t work ! I’m sorry to tell you this , but please go fix your app because I swear it made me go crazy.
