Air is a generative audio-visual work created by musician / software designer Peter Chilvers and Irish vocalist Sandra O’Neill. Based on concepts developed by Brian Eno, with whom Chilvers created Bloom, Air assembles vocal and piano samples into a beautiful, still and ever changing composition, which is always familiar, but never the same.

Air features four ‘Conduct’ modes, which let the user control the composition by tapping different areas on the display, and three ‘Listen’ modes, which provide a choice of arrangement. For those fortunate enough to have access to multiple iPhones and speakers, an option has been provided to spread the composition over several players.

Recommended for headphones and external speakers.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Added support for iPad.

NO Recording!!!!!!!

Värdelöst att betala för en musik app utan att kunna spela in det man gör , detta gäller samtliga AppS av samma tillverkare.

Not as good as Trope or Bloom.

Nice but not as good as Bloom or Trope. It's a lot more rigid and does not feel as inviting. I like to listen to it though, in 'Listen' mode.
It won't work with me Bluetooth headset, and it stops playing when I put my iPhone in energy save mode. The last point is somewhat strange as neither Bloom or Trope have this problem.

Good, but limited

When I first downloaded this application I thought that it would be very alike and creative just like the other two. But when I tried it, it was more limited than the others. It only had plates that you could push, unlike Bloom in which you can press wherever you want. Now, I'm not saying that this is something you should get, but Bloom and Trope have more possibilities.
