The subscription is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription is for a period of one year and automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

Tack för att du kontaktat oss med det här problemet. Larmet beter sig annorlunda beroende på om det går aktivt i förgrunden eller om det stängs / körs i bakgrunden. Om den är öppen och i förgrunden kommer den att använda volymen du ställde in den i appen och spela upp den musik du valt tills du stoppar larmet. När du har appen stängd eller körd i bakgrunden, kommer den dock att använda enhetens volym istället och bara spela meddelandeljudet en gång. Denna skillnad beror på tekniska begränsningar som för närvarande är på plats. Om du vill kontrollera att larmet ringer med appen stängd, kontrollera att volymen är påslagen och dina inställningsinställningar är också på för Väckarklocka. När du använder iOS 10 behöver du också byta varningstyperna från "Banners" till "Alerts". Vi kan inte heller åsidosätta inställningen "tyst" eller "stör inte" på din enhet, på grund av samma tekniska begränsningar, så se till att du har stängt av det också.

Thank you for contacting us with this issue. The alarm behaves differently depending if it’s actively running in the foreground or if it’s closed/running in the background. If it’s open and in the foreground, it will use the volume you set for it inside the app, and play the music you selected until you stop the alarm. When you have the app closed or running in the background, however, it will use the device volume instead, and play the notification sound only once. This difference is due to technical limitations that are currently in place. If you want to make sure that the alarm rings with the app closed, make sure your device volume is turned on and your notification settings are also on for Alarm Clock. When using iOS 10 you also need to switch the alert types from ‘Banners’ to ‘Alerts’. We also cannot override the ‘silent’ or ‘do not disturb’ setting of your device, due to the same technical limitations, so make sure to have turned this off as well.
I hope that this gives some insight to why the alarm didn’t make any sound, and that it solves your problem. If you have any other questions or issues in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

I have used this app for many years. I only found one or two bug over this time. Very stable, reliable and easy to use.
