HOW TO CREATE FRAME-BY-FRAME ANIMATION
Animation Desk works like a digital flipbook. You can start from the first frame or a keyframe. Use the brushes or selection tool to complete their work.

Awesome.. when it doesn’t crash

It has everything I need for animating, but crashes quite often when importing images. Memory leak or something must be fixed for this app to rise to a 5, seeing as I use other apps with more streamlines drawing capabilities for more detailed images.

Hello Emohax, thank you for reporting these issues and your encouraging review. We are improving the photo import efficiency bit by bit in each update, and hoping to make the app better. There are plenty of causes that might lead to a crash, and it’s also related to hardware and software capacity. There are always room for improvement.
