(2) An electronic scoring system, including all scoring modes, procedures, DQs, reshoots, formal signature forms, live score publishing, and more.

Aria has completely changed the way regions manage their IPSC matches giving MDs a place to publish all their matches information, judges a cool and easy scoring system (completely paperless), and competitors the added value from receiving scores by email the moment they finish a stage.

Moved from react native to native native.
This basically means that the app is better. You should notice it performance, there should be less crashes (hopefully none), and your general experience of the app should be greatly improved.
