The app doesn’t respond

There is a problem when I try to start the app. I can’t see the frames. I deinstalled it and downloaded again and it worked, but just one time!!! I repeated same procedure again and same situation. I’m really frustrated, specially because I bought the app based in all the reviews I read on line that were very good

Hi we’re happy to assist you. The app not working for you could be for a multitude of reasons including the type of device and operating system you use. Irritating

I really love the app and the variety of rooms although more colours in the decor would be appreciated - better still being able to change the colour of a chair or cusion would be brilliatn. But I am now totally frustrated because all the art works i uploaded have disapoeared. I have the app on my iphone as well as. It would be very helpful if the upploads synced with between devices. Switching from one device to the other means starting from scratch! The app often crashes in the middle of uploading as well.

If your camera images are synced between devices you can pull the same images from both so you may wish to check your iCloud or other syncing system. With regards to the colors, we offer a variety of color walls, frames and.mats. Creating functionally to change the color of furniture is a large technological endeavor and so far this is the first request to do this. We will add it to a potential feature list.
