Can’t load pictures

I just got the app. Paid for a month and now when I try to use it I fail to load up pictures. It shuts down every time. It is very frustrating. So I can’t use it! Hope to get some information here.

The app doesn’t respond

There is a problem when I try to start the app. I can’t see the frames. I deinstalled it and downloaded again and it worked, but just one time!!! I repeated same procedure again and same situation. I’m really frustrated, specially because I bought the app based in all the reviews I read on line that were very good
