Most disappointed costumer service

11 days to an answer !!!!

I tried to contact costumer service for a delayed delivery for my order ! Which i was waiting for so long !
TALIAH the girl wasn’t polite ! Not helping at all ! She was like someone forced her to work. ! Unprofessional! Disappointing and she asked me to wait 11 days ! To get an answer for my question: where is my packet!
Hope ASOS take this seriously with costumer service !!!!
