New version of ASUS WebStorage App brought some new changes for you!

Improvements:

●[Improve] Fixed the problem of displaying errors when previewing 0KB files
●[Fixed] When the APP clicks to share through files, the background is open and the file cannot be uploaded manually.
●[Fixed] The problem of being unable to share files with third-party software when the APP is open in the background
●[Fixed] Crash issue when uploading files through Line sharing
●[Fixed] The problem of failure to upload multi-version files
●Fix other known issues

ASUS WebStorage will be regularly updated to improve the stability and user experience.

Doesn't seem to function

I have for two or three years paid for 1 TB, but the app says I've only got 5 GB. Where is the rest?
Furthermore I've set it to upload all pictures, but nothing happens.
Just a few pics have been uploaded and one pdf file. In total less than 211 MB.
How can Asus or perhaps I make it work?

Regarding the upload problem, please try: Remove ASUS WebStorage APP→Restart device→Install ASUS WebStorage APP→Try again. (During the uploading process, please stay in the APP and keep your screen on to prevent upload failure.)

If you already tried the steps above, but the issue persists, please include the following information in the problem report form: 1. Operation steps 2. The failure time and date 3. Error message screenshot 4. Model name/OS version

Not that bad!

I have it for more than one year. Very cheap compared to what you can find on the market!
The down side is the app! Kind of complicated. And doesn’t back up your photos as soon as u take them! U need to login and back up manually!

However, currently, iOS devices do not support backup uploading. It's important to note that during the upload process, the screen must stay on the app and cannot go into sleep mode.

Unstable and to less features

Good idea from Asus, but have some issues with the software.
When you try to mark more pictures the programs freezes your hardware for a while. And if you mark to many pictures it krashes. And missing the ALL buttom to synronize the whole folder. My wife has a bit over 2000 pictures in her phone. Do you guys think she wanna use this software?
