Dörröppning via applewatch funkar inte alls, felmeddelande Error.session Expired

ifrån version 2.2 finna applewatch för mobilöppning tillgängligt, kolla in din applewatch app.

It takes 45 secondes at least before the call actually reaches the phone. Many deliveries got missed because of this.

The delay makes the whole service very not valuable.

Hi,
if it take more than 15 second to receive a call you most likely not have activated your app for in app calls and you get a call from a +4623 number.

if your app is not activated for in app calls you will experience a delay for approximatly 45 second as the time out for IOS app is 15 second and it take 30 second to redirect call to the regular phone system.

Please contact your administrator and ask for a code to activate for in app calls. if any if you need help to activate our enduser support is available working days 08-16 support@steplockaccess.se

My building has been using a system from Axessa for a long time and it's been working great, but suddenly I have to create an account in order to be able to use the system? What gives?

The reason is that we have merged two apps into one (cloud and ekey) which means that you as a user can use the app instead of rfid keyfob to open doors if the property allows mobile access, this also makes it possible to change phone without having to get a code from your administrator.
