Don’t shop here! If you have some kind of trouble with bought items (broken in delivery or missing parts), expect to deal with a terrible customer service for AT LEAST one month before they maybe solve the issue.
They always answer a question with a new question and makes all their effort to stall the process until you feel that there is no meaning to deal with them.
Worst customer service experience in all my life!!!

I bought a gaming chair for over 1500SEK but it has not been shipped yet, i have waited 1 week now, i contacted the live support but nothing has changed since then. Please ship my item before it gets nasty.
Edit: They refuse to give me a refund, my order has not even shipped since i wrote this review. Almost 30 days of struggling with them and i can’t get my money back. I have bad economy but wanted to surprise my brother on his birthday, thanks, now I can’t afford food or a present to him. You guys suck and I’m not giving up, i will fight.
