BetterSnapTool allows you to easily manage your window positions and sizes by either dragging them to one of the screen's corners or to the top, left or right side of the screen. This enables you to easily maximize your windows, position them side by side or even resize them to quarters of the screen.
If you need even more than those standard snap areas, BetterSnapTool now allows you to create your own, custom snap areas anywhere on your display. These can resize & move windows to any possible position.
More features included are:
• support for multiple monitors
• customizable keyboard shortcuts to trigger any snap area
• lots of design customization options
• always accessible pop up menu showing all possible snap sizes / positions
• move or resize the window below the cursor while holding customizable modifier keys.
• select what happens when double-clicking a window's titlebar
• select what happens when right-clicking any of the red/orange/green window buttons of any window
BetterSnapTool is very customizable and will change the way you work with your Mac!
BetterSnapTool works with almost every application, only some apps with non-standard windows can't be supported.

Works great with Mojave
I had the same problem as Strutsägget but followed the instructions in the response from the developer and now it works as great as ever! Thanks!
Hard To Use a Mac Without It
Personally, I move windows by hovering over them with my cursor, pressing cmd shift. And to resize them, I'm using cmd option. This is built into my muscle memory, and on a MacBook — with only a trackpad — you really come to appreciate the ergonomics of these shortcuts.
No need to tilt your hand, tapping and holding down the trackpad while art the same time moving your mouse to resize or move a window.
Just one use-case — and I don't even think it's a very known feature. For me, it's vital. I miss BST if it isn't installed — and other saimilar apps, like Magnet for instance, doesn't cut it, since these extra features are (as far as I know) kind of exclusive to BST.
