Cant reset password cannot login no foodtracking

I thought it was a diet and workout ap. Its only workout plans. I cant end my subscription cause when i try to reset my password it just want me to enter credit card details again.It just buller me again. How do i get help to end the subscription?

I kept getting logged out and had to constantly reset password. Just annoying and didnt use the ap because of that.
