Biblio makes it easy to read and listen to your library's literature wherever you are.
Biblio is the library app where you can borrow, read and listen to your favorite literature, both streamed and off-line. Explore among top lists, categories or search your favorites.
Off-line
If you want to save surf or have a bad cell coverage, you can download the books you want to read or listen to. The books are then stored on your device and you can listen to them on the train or on the flight without interruption.
Biblio, the extension of your library.
Biblio makes it possible to access your library's book catalog. If you do not find the book that you would like to read or listen to, please contact your library and they will help you find what you are looking for.
There may be limits as to how many books you can borrow. If you have questions about how many books you can borrow, please contact your library and they will inform you about which rules they have.
Logins are managed by your library. If you have problems logging in, please contact your library.
Most libraries are connected to Biblio (Sweden, Finland) some may be a part of a portal and that name will show in the login list. If you do not find the library you are looking for, please contact your library.
App rights.
Biblio asks for rights to your phone function. The app uses this right to pause playback of a book when you receive a phone call.

Ok, med förbättringspotental
Appen fungerar, men två små saker skulle göra den mycket bättre:
- Se till att filtrering på språk och media typ även fungerar på kategorier, inte bara i söket.
- Se till att man kan bokmärka böcker man vill låna senare. Så man lätt hittar tillbaka till den, eftersom man bara kan låna ett visst antal per vecka.
Vit text på vit bakgrund
Biblio har nu äntligen efter några års strulande börjat fungera. Senaste uppdateringen innebar dock att vit text hamnar på vit bakgrund, vilket gör att det inte går att se hur lång en ljudbok är. Inte speciellt användarvänligt.
Problem
Vi behöver detta sätt att läsa böcker.
Gör något så att det fungerar bättre.
Man måste kunna ta bort en bok när man har läst den.
Det är också nödvändigt att man ska kunna ha kvar en bok längre tid än för närvarande.
Jag har precis kommit hem från en jordenruntresa. Jag hade hoppats på, att kunna läsa böcker på detta sätt hela tiden, eftersom böcker väger alltför mycket att ta med sig.
Det var inte lätt att få det hela att fungera. Jag kunde bara ladda ner böcker, då jag hade bra internetuppkoppling. Då laddade jag upp så många som rymdes, men hann jag inte läsa alla innan datum gick ut, så försvann de ju och jag kunde inte låna om dem, för då hade jag ju inte någon internetuppkoppling.
Nästa gång kanske det var så att jag hade läst alla men det fanns kvar och det fanns ingen plats för att låna nya.
Ibland kanske man lånar en bok som man absolut inte gillar, då vill man bli av med den genast, så att den inte ligger och tar plats.
I dessa tider när vi inte kan besöka biblioteken, så måste ni försöka göra det hela bättre så att det fungerar för oss gamla läsare.
