Strul med returer
Har handlat regelbundet från Boozt i flera år och allt fungerat 100% med returer och fakturor. Men sedan ni bytte från Klarna till den nya betallösningen har det börjat strula. Sitter just nu med en beställning på tre plagg varav två är returnerade. Min faktura är på ett belopp som gäller en av de returnerade varorna och inte det plagg jag behöll. Det verkar också helt omöjligt att komma i kontakt med kundtjänst.

Klarna?!?
Jag har alltid föredragit att handla från Boozt men nu när man inte kan handla och betala med Klarna längre så får jag leta mig någon annanstans! Tråkigt beslut att ta bort Klarna och det spelar ingen roll om ni på Boozt tror det ska vara bättre för era kunder 👎 Ni skjuter er själva i foten och kommer att tappa kunder pga det beslutet 🤦♂️
