Bowers & Wilkins Headphones 4+

Can’t connect to the headphones.

To be able to use the app, I have to remove and add the headphones from the phone. Otherwise, the app will not find the headphones. This is how it has been since I bought my PX7.
Couldn’t bear the fact that the app don’t work, so I bought a pair of Apple Airpods Max instead. What a difference when everything works completely without problems.

Please accept our apologies that you are experiencing an issue with pairing the headphones to the App. Our software teams are very aware of this issue and are doing everything possible to investigate the root cause of this. In the meantime, a closing down of multi-tasking and a force restart of the iPhone can assist, as well as performing the pairing whilst no music is playing. Doesn’t find headphones

Completely useless app, as it doesn’t find my PX7s although they are switched on and connected to my iPhone over BT.

Useless

App is not able to connect to my headphones which makes it pretty useless.

Hi HeppePeppe, thaks for your review and feedback, apologies you are experiencing App connection issues. A force restart of the handset can resolve this, so too can removing the headphones in the App to add them afresh. Consider trying to connect whilst no music is playing as this free's-up the communication.
