Description
The Bring app makes it easy to track, collect, and return parcels.
Register with your mobile number and email address and follow your parcel's journey on its way to you, delivered by Bring. You can also add parcels manually. With the Bring app, you'll receive notifications when the parcels are on their way to your home and ready to be picked up. You can also use the app to collect and return your parcels in Bring's parcel box.
We continuously develop and update the app to make it work as efficiently as possible for you. Feedback from users like you helps us improve even more. If you see anything that can be enhanced or is incorrect, please feel free to contact us via the feedback function in the app.
In the Bring app, you can:
- Track your parcels
- Collect parcels in parcel box
- Return parcels in parcel box
- Collect family and friends' parcels and grant permission for others to collect your parcels
- Easily access retrieval codes
- Gain insight into the least crowded times at the collection point and the best time to pick up
- Receive notifications about parcels on their way to you. You can also choose the channel through which you want to be notified.
- Check the opening hours of your collection point
- Read relevant news from Bring

Helt onödig app
Fick ladda ned appen för det inte var möjligt att öppna skåpet annars. Nästan alla sidor av ”appen” öppnades ändå i webbläsaren. Varför skulle jag behöva en app som bara redirects mig till webbläsaren? 🤡
Fungerar inte!!
Då det är omöjligt att verifiera telefonnummret (man får aldrig koden de ska skicka till en) så går det inte att logga in på appen = paketet går inte att hämta. Kundservice säger bara att de inte vet vad problemet är och att de inget kan göra. 🤯
App som slösar bort din tid
För att kunna hämta ut ett paket i Bring Paketbox blev jag tvungen att ladda ner denna app och därefter fylla i ett formulär för att skapa en användare och inloggning. Det tog kanske fem minuter, krånglade lite, men känns framförallt helt onödigt. Hos andra paketleverantörer räcker det att använda BankID eller uppge en pinkod - så mycket smidigare och snabbare.
Hädanefter kommer jag alltid välja en annan leverantör än Bring så länge det krävs en app för att kunna hämta ut paketet.
