Delivery times are awful!
I sent several cards to several different countries abut a month ago. None of the cards has reached its destination. I think that is awfully slow! The App itself also needs improvement. It is not possible to send the same card to several different recipients for instance. The cards I sent last year were really nice though.
Eventually happy
Ok. I left a bad review a few days ago because of the time it's taken for my cards to be posted after I added more credit. Also it seemed impossible to get a reply from them. Now I've had a reply and I'm happy with their response. I will continue to use this great convenient app but would recommend sending a message through their Facebook page if you need to contact them.
No card received.
Tested the app by sending a postcard to my own address. After one week, no card received. The help desk promised to send the card again. After another 4 days still no card. I also miss information about the size of the cards.
The app works nice and easy with your contacts.
