Support is not working

This was initially a good game but when i pushased some bonus packs I didnt get them. Thier support is not working, they dont answer, so i dont get any help:( i even sent over the the invoces. It is sad that they dont want to help, i can therefore not recommend the game, definatly dont buy anything since its like you dont get what you buy and no help after they taken the money. :(

Update: still no help from developers, I sent both to inapp support and to the customer care team below. I only get the same answer.. ”We have sent your question to the team.. will get back as soon as possible”. Problem is that ”as soon as possible” can be any time, just know know its not soon. :(
My issue is not hard to slove; check my invoces and payments, compare them with my character in the game. Then correct and give me what I payed for.
If they fix this I will updated this review..

Unbalanced

Dont waste your time with this. It went from a nice and fun game to unplayable in one patch. It cant be the same design team as before.

The costumer service never replied.

Its many glitche and bug and there are cheaters in game... And when you write to the costumer service they will never answer!!!
