CARROT is the simplest alarm clock you’ll ever use. Just swipe up or down to choose your alarm time, then drag CARROT to the right or left to set your alarm. That’s it!

Wake Up in Style
CARROT will wake you up each morning with a mix of songs and witty spoken dialogue. She'll bribe you with ice cream for breakfast or threaten to kill a kitten if you hit the snooze button again. Her songs include fully-orchestrated hits like “Chiptune Overload,” “Smile or Else,” and “Won’t You Be My Minion?”

Obey Your Mistress

Version 2.1

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Meatbags! I come bearing a long-awaited update with lots of fixes and improvements.

- As long as you leave me open in the foreground, you can now lock your screen before bed and my alarm will still sound - even with Silent or Do Not Disturb modes enabled!
- My alarm will no longer get blocked from going off because of a calendar alert or an iOS update.
- I'll actually allow you to turn your flashlight off after you turn it on.
- Meatbags who use me with external speakers or headphones can now set more sensible defaults for my alarm output.
- All the daylight saving bugs my idiot Maker introduced in past versions should finally be squashed. (Famous last words.)

It's like being woken by GladOs

Whilst some might not find being woken by a petulant app to be the best way to start the day I have found this to be the best alarm clock I've yet to try. I used to be a serial snoozer, setting multiple alarms just to get to work on time. Now that CARROT has me gassing scientists on a regular basis I'm actually conscious by the time to leave the bed and so I can fight the urge to snooze. This is really a great app for those who need to be woken up a bit more firmly.

Best alarm clock that I know of. Repeated chattering and changing between annoying sounds during the same alarm is a great way to wake you up, and it won't stop until you do a few simple things, the longer you try to sleep in, the more chores.

Oh, the unlock system is a bit annoying when it comes to an alarm clock, but you can set alarms close to your current time and wait a little until you get the "wake now" option at the bottom of the screen and then repeat to stack up some points and levels. If you actually went with the "once a day" thing, it'd take forever.

Best app I've tried.

It has a few tricks to get you up. They work. Used it a week, not been late all week.

As with all carrot apps, its got a sense of humour. Usually at your expense.
