Great when it works

This is a great app when it works as it should. But unfortunately, it seems to be ridden with bugs. The recognition is often slow, and more often than not, the positions do not show on the screen. I’d gladly give five stars to a stable version of the app.

I’ve updated the app (delete+reinstall), but bugs persist. The scanning seems to work, but app won’t show position. Instead I have to access it through scan history.

Hi. We're sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience with the scanner. Our latest update includes an improved version of the scanner and a few new features for subscribed members (PDF scanner, Pro video database). Please consider updating you app if you like to use these new features. Thank you!

Don’t buy

Very expensive and still almost as slow as the gratis version.
And a question: I had written already a review. Where is it? Did you delete it because it was negative?

Please note that for cloud analysis we provide a shared server, so the speed depends on the time and number of users. The number of users has increased recently so we are planing to add more servers very soon. We're constantly working to optimize and improve app's performance.

We value all user feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us understand how to improve our app. However, it's possible that there may have been a technical issue or a delay in the review appearing on the App Store.
