Sämsta servicen
Beställde min första order den 10e oktober, det gick en vecka och fick minimala uppdateringar och till slut fick jag inget. Det gick en månad och 3 kundservice konversationer senare de kom fram till att mitt paket hade blivit försvunnet. Fick absolut ingen hjälp de två första gångerna. Nu, den 8/9e november fick jag ett meddelande att mitt paket var påväg, de fick skicka ett till. Men helt oacceptabelt hur dålig kundservicen var! Fick ett nummer som jag skulle ringa från någon som jobbade på kundservice, det fungerade såklart inte. Deras knapp som skall koppla en till något nummer vid din beställning fungerar heller inte.
