Why you need Clean:

Take a look at your desktop right now and think -- how many of those files do you actually need?

You could probably remove most of them. But from time to time, there is some useful file on your desktop, which you want to keep.

Clean moves all your files to folder you specify and organizes them by month. So you get a clean desktop every day, but your files are never lost and you can get back to them anytime you want!

Works simply fine...

A nice, solid little helper app which could aid if the tendency to (over)use the desktop area becomes an issue.

The settings are basic, which is fine and can actually be an advantage. Notifications alert when action has been taken, a means also used to inform about other apps by the developer; a rather non-intrusive “feature”, in my opinion, although I would consider paying/donating for “silence” - especially if I come to depend on the app but also realise I have no such interest in the developer’s other projects/products.

Objects (files, folders...) can fortunately be omitted from its action by assigning a(ny) label to them; a feature I would like to see extended to include any special character of choice in the name, in case labels are not preferable for whatever reason.
