Makes me a better doctor!

Great! Keep the cases coming, I’m super grateful for this app, I just have one request. Please make the learning topics available after finishing a case. As it is now you have to go back and press trough al the alternatives and sometimes even after choosing all the decision points some learning topics are still locked. I really like the way prognosis handles post case information.
