Improvment

I really appreciated the broadcasts from Aachen. It was a fantastic week. I felt that the quality of the broadcast was better than usual. Except for the unfortunate interruption in the middle of the exciting kür.

What needs to be improved is the sound. The voice of the commentators is weak and indistinct. When the organizers do interviews or announce something, the sound is completely lost.

Really bad support

Receiving bad or no reply regarding problems with connecting the app/website to chromecast. No real information or support regarding this. Paying for a service that cannot be used due to bad support
