Having trouble adding past dates? On the event setup page, set "Auto-Update" to "None" (default is "None"). This is especially helpful for tracking recurring events like paydays or other monthly reminders.

What I don't like and this is concerned all apps with adds is just the adds and what they do that you don't see. Personally I gladly pay a buck to get rid of all the commercial & adds. Not that they are so much in the way but them all steel a bit of capacity and by that also actually in reality I pay to get adds I rather not have at all. This is in fact concerned all apps with adds and not by design of the app itself.
