you aren’t within arm’s reach. From the convenience of your mobile device, you
can turn on your pumps, operate and adjust spa functions, adjust settings,
control temperature, and much, much more from anywhere.

Using a wireless or cellular Internet connection, the D1® SpaIQ™ app provides a user-friendly interface that allows you to control your hot tub functions from outside of your spa, such as:

Still unable to register

I have been trying to register our product since the 29th of April. After 4 tries to contact you for support, you have failed to assist.
SpaIQ is unable to register the warranty of our brand new Dimension One spa. tried on several different devices with the app with the same error.
App finds our wifi connection to the spa through the inTouch2 device, which has a constant blue light, like it should. BUT WE CANNOT REGISTER to use the app. This is absolutely useless and not event the authorized dealer which we bought it from can seem to reach you to get assistance. This is ridiculous and terrible service in my opinion.
I have emailed directly to the technical support team which fails to respond further than "have you checked the wifi connection". Get a better techsupport department, and make sure your developers get the feedback so that they can do their job.
