No Payments possible

The app is easy enough to find and plan trips with, but I cannot pay by either credit card or direct debit (both Swedish), although I was able to enter the details. As a result I have to purchase the tickets in a vending machine upon arrival in Germany, at a much higher cost.

Return app to factory settings before december

It is nonsense we cannot buy international tickets (sweden to croatia sweden to germany) that we used to buy after you made some update near dec 2021. You tell us that our international partners cannot check online pdf or db navigator tickets. This is a unreasonable pretex international partners dsb or sj or ns cannot validate also tickets on paper. It is really annoying to wait getting ticket by post that is not convenient and nonsense ! So bring db navigator app to that settings people can buy international online tickets !!!! Please Bitte if u wish in german

The worst support service in the universe

There is simply no unsubscribe button in their app, the only way to contact an email that no one has answered me in three months (but they were able to send a fine for blocking a direct debit on the bank's side - how should I stop the ticket in that case?)
