Here’s how our innovative delivery system works:
• Customers create unique requests that include the package description, destination, weight, and expected time of delivery.
• Travelers then view these requests and accept anything that fits within their route.
• Once the request is accepted, parties will exchange item pick-up and drop-off locations.
• The status of the shipment can be seen on the Delivoc App.
• When the product reaches its destination and the final delivery is approved, funds will be released to the the traveler's account in line with Delivoc's terms and conditions.
