I love it it’s so good to spend some money on nice clothes that things you can’t find but people want to sell

Customer service

This is the worst customer service support I have ever experienced. First and foremost it’s impossible to find an email. Impossible to find a number. Impossible to get in contact with them whatsoever. And when you finally get in contact with them after hours of searching, they answer fast yes but they don’t freaking understand a simple question in English. Or they are avoiding to answer on purpose. I asked the same damn question for several weeks before getting a response that actually understood the question. They made me pay import/VAT when I bought through the app. And when I received the item in my country the wanted me to pay import/VAT again. I asked Depop why I had to pay for it twice? And it took more than two weeks, several different people before I got someone from support who understood what I asked. And then they threatens me for asking if they are avoiding it on purpose or if they couldn’t understand what the question was. 0/10
