Strular med betalning
Strular ofta när man ska betala vilket skapar en del frustration eftersom man inte alltid har dator med sig. Exempelvis om man är på landet (Gotland) och vill kunna ändra, betala etc.
Med tanke på hur mycket betalt ni tar för resorna så borde ni ha en fungerande app.
Oanvändbar sedan uppdateringen
Går inte att logga in i appen längre för att göra bokningar mm. Följer inte heller om du använder skärmen stående eller liggande utan förblir stående. I princip är appen oanvändbar annat än till att kolla turlista. Riktigt nedköp av DG.
TRASIG - FIXA!
När man loggar in och klickar på Boka syns bara toppmenyn, resten av sidan är grå och inget händer. FIXA! NU!
