Description
The DoorBird App provides mobile access to DoorBird IP Video Door Stations. Using the app, you can see and hear your visitors in real time, speak with them or unlock the door. When visitors press your doorbell, you receive a push notification on your iPhone or iPad and can immediately answer your door – from anywhere in the world. The DoorBird can also send instant alerts when a visitor triggers the built-in motion sensor. No matter if you are at home or not, you will never miss a visitor or a delivery.
DoorBird's innovative IP technology was developed in Germany and is continuously improved through regular app and hardware updates. The system works in your local network (LAN) as well as outside of your home network environment without range limitation and securely encrypted over the Internet.

Super bad sound
The overall appearance is very good. Unfortunately the lagging from when you receive the signal to when you actually can talk is very long. Secondly the sound quality is so poor that it’s no point trying to talk to the visitor because they can’t hear you.
We have tried to get this to work with installation vendor but no success to resolve.
Third issue is the fact that the electronic lock/magnet lock is unsafe to actually lock door . However, this is probably an installation error.
Not happy with this EUR 10000 installation.

Hello! We don't have any products that cost the amount you mentioned, our prices are nowhere near this. A steady network connection is crucial for the trouble-free functionality of your DoorBird. You can check this online: www.doorbird.com/checkonline. If the lagging continues, please contact our technical support team: www.doorbird.com/contact. As for the audio, the sound of your door station's speaker can be adjusted in the App: Settings -> tap your device -> Advanced Settings -> Speaker device. The device's speaker and push notifications' volume depend on the settings in the operating system of your smart device, not the DoorBird App. Please try turning the volume of your smartphone up. Hope this helps!
