WHY ENDUCO?
We launched enduco to help you achieve your training goals and be your best self. Here at enduco, we're all passionate about sports. We know how important individual training plans are. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out with running, training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, or want to smash your next cycling race – enduco is at your side all the way.

YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN
enduco creates a custom training plan for you based on your personal goals, your current fitness level, and your body’s needs. You decide when and how much you work out.

YOUR TRAINING IS STRUCTURED AROUND YOU, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
We keep optimizing your training plan, even after the initial setup. No time for your workout? No problem! You can just block out that day and enduco will automatically adapt your training plan. Not in the mood for your workout? That's no problem either. You can change the duration or intensity yourself, or suggest a completely new workout. You can also give feedback in the Daily Feeling Factor survey to tell us how you're doing and adjust your training if needed.

EASY INTEGRATION
Easily import your workouts to enduco from your personal fitness device.
You can also export your scheduled workouts from enduco to your bike computer or smartwatch. We currently integrate with Strava, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, Coros, Fitbit, TrainingPeaks, and Zwift. We're always working on new ways to share your workouts with enduco.

HOW IT WORKS
- enduco finds out about you during the onboarding process.
- Your current fitness level is displayed here. You can also import your training history and state your personal goals.
- You can tell us how much time you have to work out on which days.
- You can decide whether you want to train by heart rate, watt, or pace. You can also connect to the provider you want your workouts exported to.
- Based on this data, enduco will create your custom training plan.
- You'll receive an overview of your whole season showing your goal, when you will achieve it, and what your training will focus on during each phase.
- You can make changes at any time during the season.
- In edit mode you can add, postpone, or delete workouts. You can also block out days if you can't make a training. And more!
- You'll receive a detailed briefing for every scheduled workout.
- You can then export this to your smartwatch or bike computer and get started with your workout!
- Now all you have to do is put your running shoes on or jump on your bike and get started with your training.

Weird and illogical

No manual start/stop for running is just hugely annoying when tracking progress. Doesn’t seem to show the running time per default. Importing routes from running sessions just doesn’t work at all.
And after I input my first session it tells me I’m training too much. Despite me entering fitness level of 4+ sessions per week.
Of little use to anyone actually interested in increasing performance.

Thank you for your feedback - I try to go over every point you made!

We actually provide the option to auto pause your workout. You can pause and resume your workout in the bottom left, where you can also see the current running time (see app screenshot over description). Additionally, we provide the option to have your workout auto paused (it is activated when you stop during a workout and automatically resumes the workout when accelerating again).
We will look into our feature to import running routes from workouts because of you problems you mentioned!
Regarding your fatigue level being too high, let me shortly explain how our algorithm works. We analyse your training over the last three weeks with two aspects in mind: how much you trained in the short term and how much you trained in the long term. In that context, your long term average load is an indicator for the stress your body is used to and your short term average - you guess it - is an indicator for the stress your body is currently exposed to. When putting these into a ratio (short term average vs. long term average) we can conclude, whether you currently train less (ratio smaller than 1), more (ratio larger than 1) or as much as (ratio equals 1) your body is used to. In an optimal setting, you should target the ratio between 1 and 1.3 (to have a slight increase in workload over time). Of course, for the fatigue indicator to work properly, you need more than one training session - in fact you need at least three weeks of continuous training! We may should make this more obvious from within the app. By the way: our enduco Assistant aims for keeping you always in the right fatigue range by predicting the next best training for you (also when you haven't already trained enough) - give it a try!

This app has fantastic potential!

I really enjoy the app so far and I think that it is a fantastic companion too Garmin connect and strava!

I’m very data driven when it comes to my running and this app provides you with just that, lots of interesting data! Exporting my already existing data from Garmin connect went like a breeze!

My question is when the “pro” coach will be available? I think that a virtual coach is the most exciting part of this App given that Garmin virtual coach is so lackluster.

I also think that the the drawing of routes also needs to be optimised and be made more precise. I think that this app has a lot of potential if its continuously updated.

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate that! Data driven, healthy training is indeed the top priority for us. The enduco Coach - our pro version that takes data driven training to the next level - is under active development. We have not set a release date yet.
We are constantly working on the user experience when using the app, especially with drawing and generating routes. To that end we will update our features regularly. If you have specific concerns with drawing routes, you can always drop us a mail at support@enduco.app and we try to find a solution together!

Go idea - poor execution

I like the idea but the app is giving me strange recommendations. For one the recommended training sessions only stick on a day-by-day basis, I was hoping for more of a planned approach. Today I realized the app is gong for a two week recovery which is just plain wrong. And now I can’t even contact support in the app, the option is just greyed out.

We really appreciate your honest opinion! The enduco Assistant is specifically build to predict the next best training session on a day of your liking (if it fits with the amount of rest days). A more planned approach is now under development - our enduco Coach - but we have not set a final release date yet. It will include a complete, highly individual and adapting season plan.
In the enduco Assistant, we indeed go for only one recovery week. However, if you trained more than you should do in your scheduled recovery week, this week is not considered as such and another recovery week is scheduled. If you think, that you obeyed the suggested workload in your first recovery week, drop us a mail at support@enduco.app and we look into your case together!
Regarding the greyed out support button: this option is only available if you have your native mail app installed. But you can always contact us under our official support mail (see above).
