Accounts don’t link

I signed up and have paid for the membership but the app doesn’t register it. Customer support asked me to resign up, which I have done along with deleting the app and re downloading it. On the website and my credit card statement I am an “active” paying customer (who already missed out on the trial period), in this app I need to resubscribe in order to try any classes.
