Exercise Science Academy was founded in the year 2003. Over the past 15 years, ESA has been successfully imparting exercise science education to trainers, nutritionists, coaches & fitness enthusiasts. ESA conducts regular online & offline certification courses and workshops like ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Course & CSCS Strength & Conditioning Prep Course, Certified Marathon Trainer Course etc. We currently have over 10 certification courses and over 30 workshops.

The team at ESA is the most successful, elite and sought-after members of the fitness and health industry. Pioneers in their respective fields, they also currently represent, manage some of the leading national and international athletes in the country.

The app is designed to help students enrol and access gamut of workshops & courses, understand concepts in an in-depth and easy to grasp manner. Students will have access to all the lecture videos, notes, study materials required for the course/ workshop, assignment submissions, mock exam etc.
