Really poor UX

The app keeps the timer on even if the video pauses because of buffering. This happens often if the network is slow. The app should be capable of handling this.

The app should be capable of using iOS notifications to remind about trainings or if a new message from he training staff..

The first one above almost makes the app totally unusable. I’m on 8 Mbit with 80 ms latency which should suffice.

Does what it is supposed to do

I can do what I am supposed to do. Good exercises and videos. I can send messages to my physician and she can answer.
Lately the top of the app places it self too high on my phone so I can’t use the top menu. A bit annoying right now so if you can fix that, thank you.

Can’t contact server

After a few weeks using the app, the app doesn’t contact to server anymore. It just gives a loading circle, no content shows up. It’s impossible to use the app
