F-Tracker will help you to achieve your weight goal. Monitor your weight using an efficient interactive chart .You will easily see the weight loss and the gain from the app.Though mainly used for body weight control, this APP utilizing your health indices also give you advice on everyday sport, food and sleep.Monitor and track your weight, BMI, body fat, body water, muscle and other body metrics in an open source app that:* has an easy to use user interface with graphs,* doesn't require you to create an account,* can be configured to only show the metrics you care about, and* respects your privacy and lets you decide what to do with your data.
HealthKit
1.F-Tracker will share the weight data (weight/body fat/bmi/weight) after each weighing to Apple's health center.
2. F-Tracker will prompt you to authorize the sharing of the Apple Health Center after the first time you enter the Homepage.If you want to modify the authorization later, You can view the HealthKit setup instructions in the app system settings Screen.
3. F-Tracker will not share weight data to Apple's Health Center in the experience mode and guest Mode.
