The Fit4Friends® Weight Loss App helps motivate users to lose weight through healthy competition. By making weight loss social, we make it fun and easy for users to stick to their weight loss goals! Within the app, users can connect with friends, create weight loss challenges and compete to lose the most weight! Fit4Friends calculates your weight loss based on your percentage of total body weight, allowing for competition with friends who want to lose 10 pounds to friends who want to lose 30 pounds. Users can compete in either individually-based challenges or team-based challenges. For team-based challenges, users compete as a team against other team(s) for the highest average percentage of body weight lost! Perfect for groups and organizations.
