What will you feel when you take a bus from airport to the city which is maximum 1 hour away and had to stop in the middle of no where for police verification and then the police says this bus cannot move further since it doesn’t have the insurance and required documents?
We might think, okay this is from a good company and they will send a replacemebt bus. Defenitely they will send.. but it will reach after 3 hours. This happened to us with this company and still trying to reach out to customer ”care” to get the compensation. We missed the bus from brussels to paris due to this and had to spend over 30 euros to reschedule another bus. we were on a short trip and half of the time we were in fibco😅 let me see if they really care about customers and if I get compensated for my money and time, i will share about how good the customer care is. Eventhough in their database there is no such issue happened, i will see if i can open their eyes.
And about the app, its fine but it is a struggle to find the ticket in the app after your journey is started. Otherwise fine.
