Kul men alldeles för få integrationer

Fick tre knappar plus en twist av min fru i födelsedagspresent. Tänkte att jag skulle använda dessa att göra livet lite enklare. Twist har jag satt i köket och den kontrollerar Sonos. Funkade fint i ett dygn men sedan dess är den hel död. Har prövat att ta bort ur appen och installera igen men appen kan inte ens hitta den. En vanlig knapp tänkte jag skulle få styra våra dammsugare från Irobot men flic Garbo gen direkt integration med Irobot. Måste gå via IFTTT och där kan man vara göra två scenarion innan man behöver betala 499/år. I grunden en bra idé men måste ha mycket mer integrationer direkt i appen.

Where to start? The range of the hub is really bad, it does not cover my whole house.I also did ”custom” scripting for my Flic in the hub, but that is then not visible in the app.Added HomeKit as Matter, but dimming a light with Twist is flaky at best. (Light brightness does not correspond do number of leds light up on the twist)The whole experience is bad and not thought thru enogh.

Hi!Sorry to hear, could you let me know what range you are getting with the Hub, so I can maybe determine if it is within expected range or if there is something wrong? Ranges are always very hard, especially in doors where there are walls and might be a lot of radio interference, but depending on the size of your space, one hub is usually enough for apartments if it's strategically placed. Sometime it's a matter or just moving the hub a bit to get out of a dark spot. The scripts you write can be hooked up to buttons and twists by using the "Hub Studio" action (to send a "message" from a button that can be received in the hub script) or create "Virtual Devices" in Hub studio that show up in the dimming section for Twists (and soon Duos).Regarding the Matter lights, are you using "Smart Dimming" or "Advanced Dimming"? A quick explanation of the different modes to help narrow down the issue:Smart Dimming is trying to adapt to your current scene and not be "distruptive". The LED will indicate an average value of all the lights it controls, so it will be at 100% when all the lights that are being dimmed reach full brightness and vice versa.In Advanced Dimming however, since this can be a mix of any number of parameters, it cannot adapt to outside changes in the same way and will keep an internal "current state". It's a but more predictable but can be a bit disruptive if device states are changed by other apps for example.Scene Blender is the same as Advanced Dimming, but it wraps around instead of maxing out at 100.With the information above, could you point me in the right direction to try to recreate the issue? Feel free to bring this to flic.io/support where we can communicate a bit easier. Ask for Oskar :)

Please not that to be able to launch a page in the browser on a locked device, you need to tap the notification send from the Flic app and enter your pass code, so make sure you have notifications enabled for the Flic app.Regarding Shortcuts, there is currently no way for us to launch a Shortcut on a locked device due to security restrictions. It's very dissapointing but we are always on the lookout in case the API opens up to allow this!

Skaffa en Flic hub och knapparna fungerar 10x bättre. Utan hub skulle jag inte rekommendera knapparna. Använder de flesta med Homekit och några gör direkta internet anrop till prylar med API.
